We anticipate that all attempts will be made to notify you of your delivery, however can not guarantee a phone call on arrive or to confirm access as this is not a service our partners provide.

Placing your Order:
Checkout - Step 1 - Shopping Cart
At Step 1 of checkout you can review your order, make changes, or enter any promotion codes you may have, by clicking 'proceed to next step' you will be sent to Step 2
Checkout - Step 2 - Sign in
At Step 2 of checkout we will ask you for your email address (a confirmation email will be sent here) and once you have confirmed your email address, you can either log in using your account password, or continue as a guest to Step 3. We always recommend signing in if the email confirmation page recognises your Email Address. (if you have already logged in, you will skip Step 2)
Checkout - Step 3 - Shipping
At Step 3 of checkout, you will be invited to select Click and Collect (more information here), or Delivery.
By selelecting Delivery, you will be asked for the delivery address Postcode - enter the 4 digit postcode and then select your suburb from the drop down menu and click 'CHECK'
If your postcode is within our delivery service range, a message will confirm that delivery is available to you location. (If your location is not covered by our delivery services, you will be invited to collect your order from a Krispy Kreme Store.)
A booking Calendar will now appear with the soonest available date pre-selected - you can proceed onto the next section, or change the delivery date. Please note that delivery dates can close ahead of our normal booking cut off of 5pm the day prior.
Once your delivery date is set, you will be presented with our delivery service option:
DELIVERY: Delivery between 8am and 5pm - Service provided by Produce Pronto with basic tracking information.
Produce Pronto will email order updates directly to your nominated email address.
Service available to selected Postcodes Only, Monday - Friday
You will then be required to fill our your delivery address - with required fields marked by an asterix(*)
We use an address validation software that will locate your address. Please note that if the postcode in your address does not match the one originally entered - your delivery may not proceed.
An autofill program called Harmony will show you your address in a list - please select the correct address (double check any unit, or suite numbers)
Once you have completed your information, you will be invited to proceed to the next step
A note on your chosen Delivery date:
Krispy Kreme Online Orders are pre-produced, pre-packed and collected by a driver in the morning of the date that you have selected. As your items are made-to-order, this means that we can not reschedule or refund an order without 2 business days notice for any changes or cancellations.
Checkout - Step 4 - Payment
On the Payment Screen you will be invited to make payment using PayPal, or Credit Card. You are also able to enter unqiue billing information if required.
Submit your Order.
Checkout - Step 5 - Confirmation
As soon as you submit your order - you will see a success page and receive your confirmation email shortly after (be sure to check spam, or any 'Other' folder your inbox may contain.)
Depending on the delivery service you have chosen, you will receive tracking information via email or text directly from the service provider.
